BadgerNet Spine - Neonatal Data Import

Product description and scope

The BadgerNet Spine Neonatal Data Import is a dataset that aims to replace the BadgerNet Neonatal Data Import XML schema. By utilising the BadgerNet Spine for this data import, the process can be standardised and futureproofed by utilising HL7 FHIR, the industry standard for healthcare interoperability.

The guidance in this implementation document covers the following:

• The dataset which will replace the XML import schema, inclusive of FHIR profiles and extensions

• FHIR terminology, inclusive of expected valuesets

• Anticipated workflows

• Other guidance deemed useful to integrators to the BadgerNet Spine in the context of the Neonatal Data Import

This implementation guide aims to provide guidance to the majority of integrators to the Spine. However, it is not exhaustive, and it is expected that this guide will be used alongside FHIR v4.0.1
