Specimen resource
Use to populate the “Sepsis Screen” input form in BadgerNet record:

Use [specimen.type] element to indicate type of sample taken. Expected types as follows:
Blood culture - BLD or BLDA
CSF culture - CSF
Urine - UR
Secretions - SECRE
Swab - SKN (Skin) TBC
Any other code would save to “Other”
DiagnosticResult resource
Used to extract the pathogens result values from the associated specimen taken.
