Key elements required

• medication : Expecting a single SNOMED Code for this drug.

• effective[x]: Single date+time or time period

• dosage : all dosage elements saved, but [dosage.route] is key to determining if this drug was given via an infusion (see below)

• note - optional added free text.

Each MedicationAdministration resource will be saved with its original coding as a distinct BadgerNet Note form using the [effective] date+time as the BadgerNet Note time.

Where the SNOMED code provided in the resource for the drug matches a specific BadgerNet daily summary data item, then this will be applied as needed. If the SNOMED code give matches a BadgerNet Coded Item Drug entry, then this will be added to the “all drugs during day” coded data item.
