BadgerNet Care Record Types
The BadgerNet platform accommodates multiple care record types. Over time, all of these will be available for data exchange via the BadgerNet Spine.
Each care record type has its own information governance rule sets to accommodate the associated business logic requirements that ensure the integrity of a single multi-site national care record.
Care record types include:
Record type | Title/Description |

Pregnancy | National Single Pregnancy A single full pregnancy care record covering all data collected from booking/registration through to final pregnancy outcome. Includes associated baby birth details within this record. |
Child - Birth | Child Birth Episode Linked to BadgerNet Pregnancy record, this episode contains details of birth and postnatal period only. IG RULE-SET TBC |
Child - Neonatal | Neonatal Care Episode Neonatal episode details for distinct admissions to multiple neonatal unit Care Locations. IG RULE-SET TBC |
